"poor consultation"

I paid one hundred and fifty pounds for a private consultation on the third of April at 18.00hrs. The consultant didn’t have my notes so they were unable to refer to any previous opinions and treatments even though I had given them all the information they asked for in order to get the notes two weeks before the appointment.

Their examination was very rudimentary and consisted of me walking five steps heel to toe. That was basically it.

When I first contacted the consultant I told them that my scan had been done twelve months before. The consultant chose then to wait until my consultation and I had paid my fees, to tell me that my scan was out of date and they would need a new one to make a diagnoses.

Throughout my consultation the consultant made notes on what appeared to be a scrap of paper.

Their attitude seemed to be that they had had a long day because they were impatient, off hand and seemed to completely misunderstand my concerns.

A complete waste of time and money.
