I would like to put on record how very helpful your Choose & Book team were to me on Monday this week when I had difficulty getting an early appointment with the Vascular Clinic in Bournemouth. When I explained to your telephonist, they could not have been more helpful. Hip replacement surgery is being held up because of the outcome of the Vascular problem and this person was able to get me a much earlier appointment than I could get at Bournemouth. I am so grateful to them - they were so helpful and I have now received my confirmation letter from them. Thank you
