What I liked

I was amazed at all the wonderful care and attention that I received. I thought I would be nervous when I was taken down for my operation but I was put at complete ease. At all times I felt that I was in good hands. All the staff was very caring and understanding. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart.

What could be improved

I honestly can't think of anything that could have been improved.

Anything else?

The food was excellent!

Thank you very much for your kind comments. We are delighted to hear our team looked after you so well and made sure you felt comfortable before surgery. We are also glad to hear you liked the food; we have recently changed our menus so it's really good to know the new meals are going down well.
