What I liked
I took my 5 yr old daughter to the Minor Injury Unit today. The staff were all great with her. We were seen straight away. Everyone spoke directly to her and reassured her at every point. Really very grateful and impressed with the experience.
What could be improved
Hand gel bottle by front entrance was empty, and according to reception staff had been empty since first thing in the morning, despite being reported.
