Saw Prof Rinaldi in clinic.
From the start of the consultation he made me feel very welcome and at ease.
He explained everything and what would happen for my own piece of mind.
I feel that I am going to be treated with complete Dignity and respect, which goes along way these days.
I said I didn't want to waste Dr Rinaldi time but needed some answers for my own piece of mind and sanity.
He told me I had done the right thing in asking to see him and I am absolutely sure that he will look after my health to the best of his abilities.
Thank you Prof Rinaldi and to the amazing outpatient staff on clinic, Sharon and STEFF.
They are all worth their weight in gold.
