"Never actual able to book an appointment!"

Trying to get a doctors appointment here is almost impossible! I have called at 8am as soon as they open numerous times and been on hold for over 15minutes only to be told all the appointments for that day and the same day next week are gone! I don't understand why I can't book an appointment for the next day or the day after! You have to go to the walk in and wait which is not ideal when you have a job.

The doctors here are lovely so it's a real shame that the rest of it a bit of a shambles! There are not enough staff and some of them are just plain rude!
