When I went here with severe sunburn on my honeymoon, I was treated brilliantly. I had to visit a hospital everyday for 8days. I visited chard (as I was staying close by), 3 times in total. The longest I ever waiting in a&e was 20 mins - and to be fair there was quite a few people waiting. I was then cleaned and dressed up. The nurses took great care in making sure I was in as much comfort as possible and never talked down to me once (I have experienced this in my local hospitals, so was a nice surprise not to be judged/belittled). Great service friendly staff, Not ideal honeymoon/ holiday visit, but, overall was impressed with the treatment.
