What I liked

I would like to take the opportunity to thank all the staff involved in my care today. I attended the Farnham Road Gum Clinic today for the first time in one of their walkin clinics. I had previously attended St Peters Gum Clinic & due to being treated like I was a problem that wouldn't go away. I changed location. What a change I was first seen by the receptionist who is a lovely lady and a credit to the NHS. I then saw male nurse who introduced himself and then proceeded to tell me all about what was going to happen over the next half hour or so with bags of opportunity to ask questions. I felt informed and in control of what was going on. I then had some investigations and finally I was seen by the health advisor. From start to finish in 1 hour with a diagnosis that St Peters wouldn't or couldn't give. Thanks Guildford Gum.

What could be improved

I found no faults with the service.

However the parking is abysmal. For a large hospital with wards etc there appears to be no patient parking.

I had to park in the streets surrounding the hospital then walk almost a mile then to the clinic.
