"service and waiting time"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I had to wait over half an hour for my appointment that I had booked in advance, I was advised previously by the nurses that my IUD coil would be removed and changed which is why I came to the appointment. I waited for over half and hour for my appointment and in addition my coil wasn't removed.

I was given a consultation as to not to get it removed due to circumstances of which would be disadvantage of the hospital service rather than myself. I feel that I was given the wrong impression that this appointment would be to remove the coil not another consultation for me to think about having it removed.

All appointments have to be booked up to 6 weeks ahead there is a lack of appointments for people to deal with sexual health issues. I feel I wasted a day over having now to think about removing my coil to change it to a mirena coil when I came to have it removed.
