What I liked
I have had two operations at the centre and both were carried out almost to time. The standard of patient care and cleanliness and post op support is excelent, except that on the last occasion they lost the results of my scan for 6 months. But compared to the alternative of being treated in a London hospital even the 120 mile round trip for every appointment is well worth it.
What could be improved
Waiting time to see consultant always seems to run about an hour over time. BUT where it counts the doctors and Nurses really are first class.
