"Just awful and a parking fine to go with it."

About: Norwich Community Hospital

I will never ever use this hospital again. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment with nowhere to park. I did as lots of other cars did and parked on the side near the main entrance. There was no sign of a car parking pay and display so I didn't think any more of it. I went into the hospital and was greeted by a miserable receptionist, and was told to take a seat. Over an hour later I was called for my appointment by a doctor who was the rudest doctor I've ever seen. I was in tears in the room and just wanted to leave. The doctor took me to the store room where they keep their medicine and gave me 4 boxes of penicillin free of charge because 'I was the same age as their daughter'. This medication was not labelled correctly so I had no idea of the dosage I was meant to be taking. Needless to say I just wanted to get home because I felt so poorly. I have had a parking fine since that I will not be paying that I've told them to take up the issue with the hospital.

Do not go here. Go straight to A and E.
