What I liked
Paediatric assessment unit was exceptionally clean and calm. The staff were friendly, the play leaders, nurses and medical staff all made sure my son knew what to expect from his investigations. The facilities were good.
What could be improved
The doctor wanted to talk to me and my husband without my son present which my son found worrying.
Anything else?
