I would be grateful if you would please pass this message to the CEO.

I attended the Dermatology Dept. last Friday for a minor op. and was very impressed with the treatment I had.

Everyone in the blood test dept. to the photography dept. to the Dermatology Dept. treated me with kindness, they were all polite and courteous and went about their business with a smile on their faces and looked as though they enjoyed their work.

I would appreciate if you would please pass on my thanks to all concerned and especially to the doctor who did my minor op. as well as the nurse working with them and the reception staff, who were kind enough to tell me that they were running about 45 minutes late - that was no problem - and then went to the trouble of giving me the largest cup of coffee I have had in years!

The NHS has come in for untold stick in recent months but I have no reason whatsoever to complain about my treatment - I can’t say more than that can I so please give them a big pat on the back.
