What I liked
I visited my aunt on several occasions during her recent stay and was very impressed with the facilities, cleanliness and care she received.
What could be improved
Transport home has late leaving the hospital and broke down on route leaving my aunt rather stressed and anxious.
Anything else?
Bedside telephones would be useful for patients who are a long way from home in order the contact can be maintained and patient is likely to feel so isolated.
