"Treated with care and dignity"

About: Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre

I attended the treatment centre at Shepton yesterday for a spinal nerve root block. From the moment I arrived at reception until I was escorted out I felt listened to tended to and that I was receiving an excellent service. The nurse listened to my first fears and put my mind at rest. The consultant was clear and concise of the procedure. At no time did I feel pressured into going ahead. Thankfully I did and was treated with dignity at every stage. Thankyou to the nurses and the consultant for a truly positive experience and thankyou to the lovely nurse who looked after me in recovery with the best cup of tea ever!

The hospital is spotless and a credit to the NHS.
