"Difficult circumstances"

I would like to thank Sunderland General Hospital for the treatment my brother received tonight - working under very difficult circumstances as the A+E dept is under reconstruction the majority of the staff did the best that thay could do and were extremely professional and even though his treatment lasted until the early hours of the morning every attempt was made to help him - I did notice some things that could have been better but in no way blame the staff that were on duty - they were obviously understaffed and working under difficult conditions.
