I was admitted to Ward 3E following a missed miscarriage in February (ERPC.) I arrived at the ward at 7am and was admitted to a bed immediatly. The doctors, nursing staff and anaethesist were very caring and understanding and involved me 100% in my care. I remained well informed throughout. Unfortunately, I there was not a side room available and I did have to share a ward with ladies whom were pregnant - but the staff were very apologetic about this. My dignity was upheld at all times. I took my own discharge from the ward as I found after waiting a few hours in the upsetting circumstances that I just wanted to get home. Overall, the team working on 3E made my short stay in hospital bearable. They were caring, kind and compassionate, I would highly recommend the ward.
