What I liked
When i went for my first consultation, i was treated very well and told what treatment was available. I was advised that there was a waiting list for 4 years before my treatment could begin. The treatment specified was not what i recieved
What could be improved
The waiting list could have been reduced. I actually waited 5 years for mine. They should have treated me as per my orriginal consultation, instead of telling me, they had no money to do it and i was only having some of the treatment.
Anything else?
My dentist was rather rude about my looks, stating things like "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" or " htis will not make your looks much different" I felt that i was wasting peoples time trying to make my teeth look better. I should have complained at the time, but having no confidence is a terrible thing. I am still in need of treatment, but i can't ask for it.
