What I liked

I went in to MDGH scared because of my procedure, but was made to feel like a friend, not a patient! Kept fully informed at all stages of my (day-case) episode - even when a technical problem occurred. From the receptionist to the ward staff and radiographers, I was totally impressed with their professionalism and kindness. Thank you so much.

As a healthcare professional myself, it would be easy to pick holes - ie 'I wouldn't do things that way', or 'that could be better'. I quite simply cannot criticise the Cardiac Cath Lab, they were excellent and I am very glad I went there.
