What I liked

From the moment that my elderly mother was seen in reception, then triage to her discharge, the A& E process ran like clockwork. The nurses and doctors were extremely pleasant, professional and kept us 'in the loop' as it were at all times. They all had a fantastic sense of humour too!

What could be improved

Absolutely nothing needed improving (it was a quiet day though).

Anything else?

The nurses, junior doctors and receptionists deserve a pay rise!
