What I liked
The care given by all members of staff in rheumatology was beyond expectation. At a time when you need support it was there.
What could be improved
The parking instructions could have been better we were led to believe parking was a no go area, when we arrived having used public transport from Lancaster we found plenty of parking was available.
Anything else?
Why bother with private healthcare when This NHS Hospital provides such good care.
