I just had my abortion yesterday (25/3-2017)at the Merseyside clinic. Coming from another country and having to through aonething like this was very hard not knowing exactly what to expect, but I've seen the review's and felt much better.
The experience itself. Couldn't have been better. The staff were all so sweet and welcoming, from the receptionist, to the nurses, even the lady taking care of the payment was lovely. The worst part was the insertion of the dilatory and pills that were supposed to soften the wound. That hurt, but not more than I could handle, or what I expected. All. Waking up after surgery I had a little bit of cramping but that was it. The painkillers I received really helped. Everything was fine, i had my blood pressure checked, got my clothes on and had biscuits and hot chocolate waiting to be discharged.
I've just come home from a long days traveling, but no pain and not much bleeding
Just want to reassure any woman having to go through something as hard as an abortion, the merseyside clinic really do make it easier for you, as they are all warm, welcoming and supporting. I'm very happy with the treatment I got
