I attended physiotherapy sessions at King George Hospital between June2016 and February 2017.
Throughout that time I received a very high quality of treatment at every session. The physiotherapist worked so hard initially to investigate the cause of my pain and dizziness, seeking a second opinion when appropriate and gradually eliminating possible causes until they found the actual cause of my symptoms at which point they began relevant treatment immediately. The physiotherapist was thoroughly professional throughout and was always courteous, patient, diligent, caring and sympathetic, offering sound advice about ways I could help to ease the pain and giving me an effective programme of exercises to carry out at home. The physiotherapy was very effective too and every session had a very positive outcome for me.
After two years of tests and living in a dizzy, nauseous world with much pain, it is amazing to feel the quality of my life improved with much less frequent discomfort, nauseous feelings and dizziness. The exercises continue to help.
The physiotherapist always made me feel at ease and valued and gave me informative advice and explanations regarding my condition and treatment, making every session a very beneficial experience.
I would like to extend my most sincere thanks to the physiotherapist for the very high level of treatment and care that I received and for the great respect shown to me.I think that the physiotherapist is a great credit to the Physiotherapy department of King George Hospital and that they are a very talented, caring and conscientious physiotherapist.
I think that the physiotherapy department is very well organised and that it is managed very efficiently and effectively.I was always seen on time. The appointments team were always very friendly, polite and helpful too and I was always greeted with a smile and cheerful word.
Thank you very much to all concerned and special thanks to the physiotherapist -a great ambassador for NHS and King George Hospital Physiotherapy department.
Kind regards,Hazel Swile.
