What I liked

The clinic nurses were lovely, caring and efficient.

What could be improved

The choose and book location was not the actual location of the clinic.

The doctor (I presume) should introduce herself.

Ask the patient if there are any problems with their demographics!

There should be some way of having a debrief after clinic.

Anything else?

The scan was not at the clinic because of confusion over my address. No-one thought to ask me or remake the appointment.

The doctor said nothing was her responsibility and told me off for not having my scans with me "everyone else brings theirs with them". Well - sorry for not being psychic!

I am self employed and this abortive consultation cost me £450. I wonder what would happen if I sent an invoice in.....
