What I liked

was nothing really it was a sad gloomy place that needed a good clean

What could be improved

the staff had very little time for my aunt who was in a room on her own and was left on her own she fell twice trying to get to the bathroom..she was 86 at the time and dying of cancer .. the en suite was so dirty i cleaned it myself so the cleaning could do with upgrading... just have a bit more time for the patients..

Anything else?

the food in the cafeteria might be ok but the food the patients get didnt do much for the appetite
