What I liked
Easy to get to. Clear directions to reception.
On arrival receptionist was on the telephone but still acknowledged my presence.
Was visting Minor Injuries with leg injury.
I waited for an hour which was no problem as staff advised me that they were aware I was waiting.
All staff appeared professional and friendly.
Impressed with the appropriate advice given from the Nurse we saw. Felt happier and confident with the next step.
Overall cannot fault a thing.
What could be improved
Having visited other hospitals I would say in terms of realistic expectations I could not suggest anything I would like to be improved.
