What could be improved
terribly appointments system. I needed an iud fitted, and they only book 2 such procedures per clinic, so I waited 3 1/2 months to have it done. The doctor who did it had a terrible bedside manner (you don't want the graphic details!). One of the reception staff did not seem to know what they were doing. The other was uk.
