"Amazing care, helped turn my life around"

The staff and Doctors really paid attention to what we all needed to do for my care. The Nurses listened to me and treated me like a real person person.

I never once felt let down. A lot of people in hospital are angry as they were forced to be there, a lot of them aren't nice people to know a bit scary and angry, but the staff offer guidance on this.

The staff really care, really listen.

It’s a lovely place in the summer, open, light and warm

The staff made me feel safe I had my own alarm in case things got bad, they were so kind and helped me fight for my rights, they are always professional, courteous and polite. They need more staff, their run off their feet, but can always find five minutes to go over things with you.

I felt I could trust the staff here with my life, I've never been in a better run hospital

I know, they saved my life, I was off the rails and Beckfield got me sorted, thanks to an amazing team.
