"Battersea ambulace service"

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) / Accident and emergency

Its a little late but I just wanted to say how grateful I am to the ambulance team. They were two of the kindest warmest and caring people you could hope to meet - I feel very lucky to have met them.

Having had a terrible time in my two year health ordeal where I have met some very arrogant doctors and been passed from pillar to post and spoken to as though I had the intelligence of an amoeba - the staff here were so kind it brought me to tears. Im afraid they found themselves on the receiving end of all my pent up frustration - but the staff restored my faith that there are indeed (probably many) kind people in the healthcare industry - I have just had a run of bad luck. They deserve a medal for the work they do (failing that - a 300% pay rise) and I just wanted to let them know that they are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your kindness, patience and warmth - if the ambulance service could clone you we'd have the best healthcare service in the world!

The fact that I waited 10 hours in A and E and never got seen is another story!
