"Support in the community"

I am absolutely disgraced by the care and support that the Railings has to offer people within the community.

Recently a relative of mine tried to commit suicide and was sectioned and when asking for help / support to be able to bring my cousin home the Railings response was that they had done all they could for them and that they would be better off using services provided by a local charity.

When asking for a meeting with them they said that they would but once they realised that myself or my cousins mum would be there as well which is acceptable as support the meeting was cancelled and an email response was all that we got.

I wonder if these people have children / relatives of their own and if they would accept the response that we have had.

I have completed a date below but have never even got to go to the Railings as they had refused treatment prior to visiting.
