What I liked

The treatment centre is clean which is the only positive thing I can say.

What could be improved

The staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming, patronising. The consultant I saw took 20 minutes from being called to arriving at the cosulting room and everyone is taken through at roughly the same time. The consultant also spoke very fast and quietly and after several times of me asking her to repeat herself gave up trying to talk to me. I have since made an appointment with my GP to explain to me what is happening as I have no idea of what is wrong or what my treatment is other than I have to go back which I really don't want to do. I wish I had chosen the other hospital as although it isn't as clean the staff are friendlier and willing to talk through options and explain in non medical talk what is wrong.
