What I liked

From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel at ease, which helps when you don't know what to expect on your 1st visit.

I was directed to the outpatient desk and was welcomed by warm and friendly staff who kept me informed about my appointment with my consultant. The appointment time was kept to schedule and I went away with all my qestions answered. I have been in contact with the hospital with a possible date for surgery and nothing has been to much trouble. I have always been treated with care, politeness and friendly staff. Thank you - Keep up the good work.

What could be improved

Nothing - everything has gone through with no trouble at all.
