What I liked

the nurse we spoke to was friendly and dave the security guard was very helpful

What could be improved

Holkham ward is Dark and unwelcoming and the patients didnt look at all well cared for if it was a care home it would have been shut down long ago. Patients werent engaged in any meaningful activity and spent all their time pacing the only staff to patient interaction i saw in the two hours i was on the ward was between the security guard and the patients oh and a member of nursing staff scolding a patient for being incontinent in fact it wasn't the lady's fault i heard her ask 3 staff for help and she was ignored.

Anything else?

the whole ward needs an overhaul as it DOES NOT provide good Dementia care.
