"Why, when 'phoning in, do ..."

What I liked

Why, when 'phoning in, do I have to endure endless, lengthy and painfully slowly delivered messages about infections, every time, and when I do get through, why do I have to endure the recorded 'music'. And why, when I phone the Southmead number given on the website, am I asked which hospital I want? I have written all this while being asked to 'hold for a moment'.

What could be improved

A better telephony system, better information on the website, and publication on the website of direct dial numbers.
