What I liked

Friendly doctors and nurses who are excellent at being sympathetic thus relieving fear and anxiety when feeling poorly. They are all very special people displaying goodness, kindness and understanding.

I liked the car park being free, this is a must when poorly as finding money causes anxiety.

What could be improved

A Doctor on call at night for Casualty would mean patients would avoid the distress and trauma of going to Good Hope Hospital which displays dramatically lower standards. I think it makes good sense to treat more people at The Robert Peel. I am so proud of the services there, maybe one day we will make even greater use of them and give more people a comfortable, kind, caring experience of healing whatever illness they have experienced. Also, improve with new innovitive treatments, more holistic, for example : relaxation techniques, Chinese Medicine, accupuncture, accupressure, for example.

Anything else?

The Robert Peel Hospital is lovely and clean and smells welcoming. It is well equipped and the smiles from the doctors and nurses shows that they enjoy working there and that the hospital has got a lot of things right. They give impeccable care which means as a person, I am happy to pay my National Insurance Contributions, I can see the great benefit I am getting. Thank you to everyone for their superb efforts.
