"Endoscopy - great experience, no results"

I did an endoscopy at St Thomas' Hospital which was a great and painless experience. All went well, I didn't feel a thing and the doctor and nurses were super friendly. However, I never received my results back - it's been 2 months! - still don't know if I have a problem (and symptoms are still there), and when I call the hospital they don't know anything, can't give me a number to call and just hang up on me. Really not ideal.
