I was admitted to the Derby hospital on 15/3/17 & from the start was treated wonderfully, the staff & consultant were lovely and my operation went well.
The only negative was the treatment my son was given when he rang to see how I was doing? He was told I was some untruths about my health on my return to the ward.i would especially like to thank the night staff, who were really caring & responsive to my pain, the visit wouldnot have been the same without them.
Could you also thank a day staff nurse on Thursday 16/3/17 who couldn't do enough for everyone, & got in trouble for getting me a bed pan because I was desperate
