Thank you to all staff at the day surgery unit at entrance nine at Sunderland Royal hospital for making my brief stay of around twelve hours very comfortable.

From entry at reception the process leading up to my procedure was very efficient, through each step the staff were very helpful and friendly explaining each process clearly helping me remain relaxed. My anaesthetist was especially helpful.

The recovery section was excellent. It was very relaxing I was cared for well, staff would go out of their way to help. They should be proud of themselves.
