"Thankyou"

I came to the outpatients clinic on 14th March for a biopsy. The service received was speedy, professional and efficient despite my needing a little more time than was ordinarily required. Above all else I was treated with kindness and patience and a difficult experience made so much easier as a result. Many thanks to the doctor and both nurses of whom one in particular repeatedly made sure that I was ok. I am very grateful.
