"Urgent care"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

I've sprained my ankle badly waited 4 hours to be seen and to be told that I can go home like they didn't care about my ankle being severely swollen. I couldn't walk on and was made to walk on it and now due to that its worse. I wasn't provided with a tubular bandage or crutches. To me thats a disgrace to any patient that gets fobbed off
