"Very blessed"

I was admitted for a nose surgery which had been cancelled in January. All the staff were very helpful, in particular, the anesthetist, ODP's and nurses. All allayed any fears, answered any questions and listened to my advice (I have rare condition which can potentially cause many problems, especially when unconscious).

I was made to feel very welcome and looked after, before the op, in recovery and then on the ward. Staff are so genuine and very much look after each patient as individuals.
