I was a patient at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital and stayed on I1 and received treatment for my throat. I fell I was not treated very fairly. The nurses who treated me should have done the things on time when they said that they would. I was upset because the nurses took me off the drip at 10.00pm when they should have took me off at 9.00pm. Service punctuality was poor and sharing information with me was average.
I was clean and the car parking facilities were good.
