"She was so helpful with explanation"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Minor injuries unit

(as a relative),

Went to Minor Injuries. Grandson had injured his hand. We checked in at reception and told to have a seat, within 5 minutes we were called in. He was sent for an xray and then we returned to Minor Injuries to be seen by Kirsty (what a delightful lady) she was so helpful. My grandson had a look at his Xray and Kirsty explained everything so simply to my grandson. She showed him the broken bone in his hand and then explained what he could and could not do. He was strapped up and then we left.

Dear Whitesands

Many thanks for sharing your experience of the Minor Injuries Unit at the New Victoria Hospital.

I am glad to read that Kirsty explained everything to your grandson, including what he can and cannot do, as well as showing him his x-ray.

I will make sure we share your post with Kirsty and the staff at the Minor Injuries Unit who will be delighted to receive your feedback.

Best wishes

Nicole
