Advice once we met the specialist

What could be improved

Organisation & communication - it had taken months to get our original appointment. This was then delayed by over a month. Once we arrived 30 mins early we discovered there were delays of over an hour. Nothing was communicated to us (giving us expected delays would have helped for example), no excuse was given and the whole thing seemed to be common place. Previous appointments have been similar. It gives a very poor impression of the NHS.
