I went to the Royal Bolton Hospital to the Haematology department and was treated with a blood disorder. The cleanliness was average. I was treated with respect and dignity.
From the doctors report I attended hospital to find out why my blood tests were not correct. At the hospital I waited a long time before seeing the consultant who reassured me that in his opinion I had nothing to worry about, as my blood test results were in his opinion acceptable for my age. The consultant was extremely nice and polite, but he was meant to be contacting my doctor and myself with the results of another blood test he sent me for. He advised me not to go and visit the doctor until I had heard from him. I am still waiting for the results. So the bottom line is I still feel very poorly at times, with no explanation for it. I feel I am no better off for the visit.
"An unacceptable time for awaiting test results "
