What I liked

The hospital renal department is exceptionally good. The staff are highly professional and they take great care with their patients. They immediately give you the impression that they know what is wrong, and they can cope with it

What could be improved

Nursing care. Some of the excellent work of the consultants and surgeons is being undone through sloppy nursing care.

Anything else?

If you need anything serious being done... head for the Hammersmith. You are amongst the best doctors in the country
