"I had back surgery at this hospital ..."

What I liked

I had back surgery at this hospital under the NHS in March and can not fault any of the services provided. All appointments were kept promptly and the operation was very efficienlty managed by all concerned. I particularly welcomed the help and advice from the anthetist and the consultant. All in all I had the same expeirence here as a NHS patient as I have had as a private patient in other hospitals.

Finall from GP referral to operation, using CHOOSE and BOOK, took less than 8 weeks and could have been quicker except for me taking a holiday in between. Very happy so far.

What could be improved

Final consultation with the consultant was a bit rushed and I foregot to ask a couple of Qs.
