What I liked

Hospital was very clean and appeared to have all up to date facilities.

What could be improved

Exceptionally long waiting times for all appointments. No follow up or patient managemnet: no supervision of treatment to determine if successful. We were erroneously discharged back to our local GP before treatment concluded, then told to wait many months to get next appointment. Felt completely abandoned by this process.

Anything else?

Felt very let down by the experience and will not use NHS again. We are now forced to start fertility treatment all over again with a private care - waste of nearly a year.
