"Bad service"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

My beloved mum was admitted into the accute medical unit on Boxing Day 2016, we bought her in late in the evening about 8pm, the night nurses on duty where very helpful and kept acknowledging us. The following day however the day nurse that was looking after my mum provided the most worst, uncaring disrespectful service ever. When they spoke to us they were rude and heartless. We asked for help many times and were given many excuses and sadly that evening we lost my mum, I can't blame the hospital for our loss as they did all the could, however I feel that the service provided by that one individual nurse was very unprofessional and I feel for anyone that would have any dealings with them. They need training on how to be more respectful in situations that can be distressing. The last 10weeks have been extremely difficult and still are, but I felt it was time to bring this matter up.
