I have had shoulder issues have been to gp orthopaedics and physio I have seen different orthopaedic specialist's and they all keep telling me contradicting stories of what is wrong with my shoulder they are clearly not communicating with each other about my medical complaints they don't know what's wrong with my shoulder one person says it's that and another says it's this am not getting the right treatment because of the lack of knowledge of the condition I have and don't seem to get the help I need I have told them physio isn't helping I go to my appointment to leave with no help no solutions and useless information they keep telling me to ice it excersice it and rest it which I have told them on numerous occasions does not work what is the point if even the doctors don't review my files with each other so angry and frustrated at the lack of communication between medical staff and me as a patient my shoulder needs to be dealt with as it's getting worse NHS is going downhill so fast wouldn't recommend going to this hospital as they just don't seem to care about patients

I am sorry to read your comments regarding the current treatment you are receiving from our Trauma and Orthopaedics Team and Physiotherapy Team.

I am disappointed to learn that you do not feel the treatment you are receiving is beneficial to your injury and that your shoulder complaint is still ongoing.
